I have a question for anyone who would know- If I change the the INI in the--CIV4CivilizationInfos.xml-- in that I would remove (leave blank) the leaderhead I want to have represent a Civ (I mean the area in the XML file it asks what leader graphic you want to have come up to represent them(Animated leader head) when the leader appears). I just want to leave this blank becouse after having an animated leaderhead appear my system slows down after each and every one so after about 3 times of meeting with leaders I have to reboot.

Hmm, thats confusing:confused: ... Basically what I am asking is can I just have a blank box, or nothing at all, appear when I address/respond (to) a leader? What do I need to do to turn the animated leaderheads (jeesh, should have just aked it that way!!;) )? The game runs fine exept for this.

Thanks, I have dowloaded a Civ pack (Khmere,Babylon, Turks, a few more) and all of them use static pictures. Never had the problem....until one of the regular Civs pop up.
