:confused: Have played 4 games of Civ4 to conclusion and always got the lowest possible rating in HOF. Score on my last game (won by "Domination") was about 6700. I don't see how I could have won quicker or done better. Map size - Large, Archipelago, 6 opponents.
Has anyone achieved above Dan Quaile?? Or is this a bug....

Yes, it is possible to get higher. The highest score so far is 314,078. If you want a break down of the scoring system you can read this post:

Check out

for the formulas. Playing on archipelago means you have to sail to another island to beat them. Which in turn will take longer and lower your score. The quicker you finish the higher your score will be.
