I want to play a multiplayer game of a scenario with given nations,
and I wish to select the team number for the nations by myself
when setting up the game.

But I cannot, it is set rigidly for each and every civ.
it can be the same team, but is set and cannot be changed.

Take the out of box "Earth" scenario, for example.
