Does anyone know the code for linking a keyword in a civilopedia entry to another entry in the civilopedia?

For example, let's say in the German civilopedia entry when mentioning history with France, the word "France" is underlined and linked to the French civilopedia entry. Is it possible to do this in the XML? Is it possible to do this at all? If so, where can it be defined?

Those links seemed to be formed once you do a TXT_KEY entry in the objects file.

It doesn't work that way ... For example, if you try it will come up with something like:

Germany occupied TXT_KEY_CIV_DESC_FRANCE during World War II.

I need the TXT_KEY to be replaced by a link to France's civilopedia entry...
