Not actual pictures of them of course, but what comes to mind when you think of them. It should probably be a picture of an actual human being or a cartoon, but I guess if you think of a ladybug when you think of forum-goer X, that's OK too

NO POSTING "PICTURES" OF FORUM MEMBERS WHO HAVE NOT YET POSTED IN THESE THREADS.

This way, if you don't post in these threads you don't have to worry about some jerk equating you with Hitler or whatever. Also, please explain why you have used that picture if it might not be clear.

Let's keep this light-hearted.

Thread 1: Post pictures of other forum members (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=64837)

The use of the word heretic is strictly for my use only (and those I allow to use it). Just ask Perfection. He would know. So would CivGeneral, so you could ask him, instead. Either way, you earned yourself a trip to a 'nice' warm place, through getting really warm via flame. For your information, I'm not referring to a fireplace.

@El_Machinae: I think you are right about that. She probably couldn't handle a little more weight like some women can. Still, I think that on the whole she is attractive. Whether others would . . . well, I've noticed that my "Babe Thread" contributions tend to elicit more "she's not attractive" comments than anyone else's, leading me to conclude that I have slightly unusual taste in women.

Find the website address that contains only the picture and copy it. If you can't find it then use the name of the photo and do a google image search and often that will lead to the web address of the page with only the picture.

Eran - I found a picture of Jesus watching porn (which accurately reflects my view that you post heavily about religion and attractive women) ... but it was too extreme for the forum.

(But I was thinking about you!)
Surely that could apply to me. The bit about being religious and posting attractive women, or has my work been ignored.
BTW, I see that you use my picture of me for someone esle.

Yeah, we could use that same picture for you (but Eran was bemoaning his lack of attention). I don't know if I think of Ironduck as a Scrooge McDuck + Termination - but I noticed they could combine to make his name.

Has anyone else noticed that Classical Hero (in an argument thread) will post and then disappear while the argument blossoms?

I cannot be here 24/7 and often things get interesting just before I need to go to bed.

EDIT. Also often after work I find that I do not have the energy to get into fullblown discussions, especially when it's hot, like today and tommorow.

EDIT2. Unlike some people here, I often visit othe parts of this site and thus I cannot devote all my energies here. The other parts are time consuming as it is, so this forum is often a distraction for me, not that it is a bad one.

Organic or inorganic? I really do find that the 'feel' of the two are very different. I've made my best leaps in organic chemistry by a) reading a textbook NOT assigned by the prof (for a different viewpoint) and b) a bit of beer goes a long when when spinning molecules in your head.

Yup i'm that kind of heretic (usualy) - not the atheist or agnostic type.
At least i won't catch a cold there :).

Also you said "This is what we do to heretics."
Which one are you ? : :satan:
The guy pulling the chain ?
The guy with the big nose on the left ?
Or the shaved monk-looking character on the right ?

And which one is CivGeneral - i had pics of him  but he didn't post here.:(

Actually I would more likely to be up on the podium waiting to be burned for some of my views that would have been considered radical by the Church back then, such as, reading the Bible. BTW, the guy on the first image is William Tyndale.

Also, I thought CG would have posted here by now, but he hasn't which would be good because there are just so many good things to do about him, but that would be breaking the rules.

Bondage? What has that got to do with it? ;)

If you are reffering to (and i REALLY hope you are refering to this definition) :
bondage = the state of being under the control of a force or influence or abstract power; "he was in bondage to fear:; "he sought release from his bondage to Satan"; "a self freed from the bondage of time"
then    - i meant the guy pulling the chain (in your pic).
