Anyone want to start up this discussion again. We have 10-12 members as of now.

Do we need a set of rules for our governemnt?
What positions and their duties?

What else am I forgettting?

The thread where we already started discussing this :)

so far i think we decided we need at least a UN rep and a captain/DP, after that we didnt decide on anything.

OK I knew about the thread...I guess I was trying to move on from that to a formal start in the "rules".

Are we going to make it formal like the demo game or are we just going to go by mob vote?

Personally I cant see having any positions other than UN rep and team captain and DPs(backups). We can each have our areas of expertise..but decide as a team on everything.

Well thats how it works for TNT but i cant say for what other teams have, this way seems easiest though.

Well like i said in a another thread at doughnuts we had the turnplayer/president a Internal Advisor and a Foreign Advisor. I know some teams had a Military Advisor as well but i think the DP can do that. Also any of the three can appoint deputies if they think its needed. That way its a fairly straight forward government but each area has someone to lead discussions. Also i can write a constitution when we decide on the structure.
