Okay, I know I should be working on units, but I haven't been able to get my mind in gear to do the complex animations that are needed for my current unit, so I decided to start working on one of the few FF leaderheads I have yet to do... Namely Thief, leader of the Light Warriors.

First off, should I do Thief before his class change, or the Ninja version of thief?

BTW, which do you prefer, the original Thief version or the Ninja upgrade version (with Thief's recent class-change and all....)

Oh, I was planning on using the ol' "spandex" morph and adding a nifty black chainmail texture I had, IF the Ninja version won out... You see, right now I've got it so that I could switch to either version (all I did was hide the 16th century style shirt), and re-applying the skin texture to his torso would be a lotta work, so that's why I didn't add the mail texture yet (if you want to know what texture I'm talking about, check out my Ramza Beolvue LH... He has the same mail under his armor).

If you can, why not do both as multi-era? If not, then the ninja version sounds good. Preview looks great by the way.:goodjob:

thats anime for ya! Some people like it, some don`t. I personaly like it where it fits, in anime based mods and scenarios. You should check Hikaro`s other LH`s :D

Actually by Anime standards, he's very masculine :lol: In most Japanese Cartoons (especially Shoujo (girl's) Manga), about the only way to distinguish between the main male and female charachters is whether they have breasts or not. :lol: Besides girlie-looking male main charachters is par for the course for Final Fantasy... I mean Tidus (main charachter from FF X) looks like Meg Ryan, and the first time I saw a picture of Ramza (main char from FF Tactics) I thought he was a girl....

Although I could see about reducing the specularity (shineyness) of his skin and eyes (especially the eyes)..... and maybe make his skin a bit darker toned...
