We have to have:
- a leader name
- a Civ description
- a short description or name
- an adjective to describe nationality.

I'd suggest:
1) King Kong? (punctuation required)
2) The Locopotamian Empire
3) Locopotamia
4) Loco

Yeah, my mistake it's on the 1st. I was using my fingers to count and didnt check the calendar. :p

I think Regentman is hoping to have all entries in by the 2nd.

I agree with Koon and would suggest a poll on teh subject to close on the 28th
