I agree with Nomad Bryce. Chip doesn't sound like a leader of the Innovian people in my ears.

Lets not make his title warlike. Lets go with inventor. We can be different from the other teams by making a statement that we are a hardworking people who labor for their fruits rather then gain them at swordpoint. Of course, if they come to point there sword at us, we'll just have to point our machineguns back. But thats one of the benefits of being an innovative nation!

If we're going to take the "thinker" approach, what about Leonardo Da Vinci (or just Da Vinci)?

I don't think we are going to reach a name consensus, so what if we didn't use a specific name, and just used a general naem, like the Innovator King or the High Innovator.

Or you could all just bow to my greatness and name him after me :).

Or we could use Striker... I've always liked that name.

I changed my Skull/Brent avatar, I don't think they suited me. I love PvP though, one of the funniest comics ever (Okay, it's the best comic out there.. period).

Wise One sets him apart from other wise people. If you are wise, thats a trait. If you are The Wise One. You are it, the top, the wisest of the wise, the wise one.
