I've been using surt's SmartMap script (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=154989). Occasionally, it will put a floodplain on a non-desert, non-flat tile. I was wondering if anyone could come up with a floodplain graphic that would be visible on any terrain type (except peak, of course).
