I cant seem to find a PBEM. Any tips where to look for , like forums or websites where things are organized. How you guys find your games ?

You post a message saying "I'm setting up a PBEM" on this very forum. The you wait for people to post that they want to join, and you create a game.

Or you be one of those second group and wait for someone else to start a game.
