can someone explain the model-hexediting thing to me :) ? just want to change helmets and shoulderplates from one model to another. Is it trial and error or is there any logical way?

I don't think there is a way to edit the actual meshes on the units yet. Just a way to re-skin them. I think everyone is waiting for the SDK to do new meshes.
