I am playing a hotseat game that includes two human players and 16 AI players with no patch. When human player 2 offers techs to human player 1 the tech will not remain in the offer box. Oddly, player 1 can offer techs to player 2. Any help would be greatly appreciated

get the latest patch. it will fix this.
