Hi everybody!! this is my first thread:)
I was just wondering where civ ivs graphics are kept as I am intrested in doing a little modding and if you need a special program to view them or something

Check the tutorial section. There was a good one there about how to unpack the art files and what free downloads you needed to accomplish this. It's been three or so months since I did it so I can't be much help, sorry.
