SimCutie's Civilopedia Mod

This mod adds Index Page and Unit Upgrade page to Civ 4 Civilopedia. I merged fitchn's Civilopedia Index Mod and vovan's UnitUpgrades Mod.
The old Index was bit slow. I rewrote the code and made it respond instantly. I also modified custom Note Page to use separate files. I think that it is easier and flexible to use than fitchn's way. Non-English Civilopedia Index now works properly.

Is this mod (or the two submods) compatible with Warlords? I unziped the file into CustomAssets, and now my units that are normally at the bottom are floating in the middle of the screen.

I'll see if I can get a screenshot, but has anybody else installed this on Warlords?

Edit: OK, I just verified that with the mod files removed, the units (the workers and the chariots) go back to the bottom of the screen as normal.
