now that we know we're Catherine, we can start planning our flag. We probably want an orange background, as that's our color. We also want to include some reference to our Hawaiian heritage.

I've started a few drafts, don't be afraid to completely throw them out, this is just a display of possible elements. Some elements:

there actually was no secret message in our flag (you can find it by clicking on the Link that says "Team MIA's Flag" Here (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=124158)), that came later in something else :mischief:

:D I love it! I say we use that.

Do you guys have opinions on the flag? do we want emboss, lens flare? somebody before suggested adding a Hula girl. Another option I left out is a gradient background, like having the left be red and the right blue and the colors gradually changing, or something like that.

that might me just tad provacative, and may not fit when weare 5 tiles away from montezuma and are trying to stress the importance of friendship.

well, i guess you're right, we don't want the other teams pissed off when we are using them to get ahead. ;) now, of the 2 flags in the above post i like the orange one better. it looks sharper to me and the light with the orange background really looks nice.

I never suggested using the white one, it's just shwoing where the text is. Wrap it around the pinnaple? I think that's near impossible. there's not enough room without putting the text to small to be seen w/ find edges.

As far as the text being lost: It's a secret message for srying out loud! :p if we wanted it to be seen I would put it in big bold red letters, the only people who need to know it's there is us.

I can see it on the orange. But I wouldn't have been able to unless I knew where to look.

If you know that epsilon will look for it, then we should have a private message for them. Like "We love you all! (Except for epsilon, whom shall be crushed under our heel)" :)

we thought about that but theres a change that team could become our ally so maybe not, i couldnt see it on the second one without looking at the spoiler but i preferred the first one.
