Governor..
I have a request from the War department. Could you turnover control of one of your garrison warriors. In exchange I will send one of the axemen that is near BW to your fair city for garrison duty until such time as war breaks out or a more suitable garrison is available. The warrior will be used to gather information on the Mongolians and Russians.
You can either do this right away or wait for the Axman to arrive. What ever you feel comfortable with. Please contact me in my SoW thread once you acccept or decline this and the time frame.
I also request that you get the horse resource linked to your city so we can start producing chariots.

I've posted this in the instructions thread, but I would also like to ask that you change the production from Obelisk to Worker.

Governor.. Since you now have an archer to help garrion your city. Can I have my axman back to help guard your cities borders to the North along the Great BW-Abydos Highway. You also might consider adding another archer to your garrsion.
Also by the end of this upcoming TC we will have axes stationed to your south and to your East. Your city should be safe from any barbarians.
I have no preference to exact numbers of units but a mix chariots and axes if you desire to build units.

Once I take a look at the save (I am using the campus's computer's at the time of this post). I'll certanly let you know and relive any surplus axes from my city and back into your hands.

Should be good. The less barbarians the better. :D

Dear Governor,
In the thread about the placement of our next city ( http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=162888 )I discussed the possibility of another civilisation making life difficult for us by settling in an awkward spot if we went for gems to improve our happiness. I suggested we could avoid the problem by chop rushing or whipping another settler.
Unfortunately, I haven't done a proper analysis yet, but would you be willing to consider this? I am cross-posting this to all the city governors so we need to take the wider view before anyone decides anything.

I'm pretty sure CivGeneral is against any and all degredation of our citizens. Please correct me if I'm wrong, Governor, but I believe I can answer for you when I say that there is no way Abydos will whip for any reason.

Certanly I am against pulling out the whips to pop out a settler.
