Note: If my appiontment is disputed as it may be JR may be posted to settle this issue. In this case i will step aside while a Pro tempore can run the JR.

I would like to formally dispute the appointment of nobody as chief justice. The appointment was not made according to the procedure outlined in Section 8 of our code of laws. I am not asking for a judicial review. Since I do not recognize the legitimacy of nobody's appointment it makes no sense to ask for a review of the matter. It is improper for nobody to act as CJ under these circumstances and I urge him refrain from doing so until such time as an appointment is made according to our laws.
