There are xml codes for the throne room. I found it with the following path---(C: program files/firaxis games/civ 4/assets/xml/interface), but I have never seen it while playing...do I need to activate it or something? If so, HOW?

Seems something that has been planned but never implemented.

Probably saving it for future expansions so they can squeeze more cash out of us.
