hey, okay, so I just got the game for my birthday and have been playing it for a week or so.

Had a lot of crashes to desktop, so figured I'd get teh 1.52 patch. Now, when I go back to play, I get a box on my screen that says showTechSplash and I can't do any thing else with the game, even close the program. I have to turn off my computer to get it to go away. I checked through the posts about the v1.52 and didn't see anyone havign this problem before. HELP!?!
