after inserting disk 2 to continue install i get an error and then it shows me what exactly is in e drive (data3) anyone got any ideas, already tried to start over and intall again

When it asks for Disk 1/2, have you tried putting in 2/1 instead? I'm not sure it's happened with all the copies put out, but some have had the disk labels swapped...

Check out the thread "Error while installing". There is more info there.

Take 2 Games knows about this problem. They shipped the wrong disks. You need a new copy of the game.
