Civ4 Version 1.52.

1. Load a PBEM save.
2. Move a unit until no movement points left.
3. Save the game with CTRL-S (without end of turn)
4. Load the game.

Expected: The unit should now have no movement points.

Bug: The unit has again full movement points.

Remarks: This works with multiple units and can be repeated for infinite movement.
