Game still lags and bogs down in the late game stages. What's strange is that I borrowed an IBM Thinkpad from work and loaded CIV IV on it to try:

Pentium M 1.8
512 RAM
Intel Graphics card 64MB

The game runs like a champ!!! Lightening speed, no lag! What gives?!!!

Celerons really do suck that bad.

So... it's all about the processor. I thought so...
