Ive just released an early version of the mod Im working on. The goal of it is to improve many aspects of civ 4 gameplay without causing major imbalances. In addition all major changes will be documented and justified in length so that lively discussion can take place in hopes of generating well thought out ideas that really add and improve strategy, variety and fun in the game. This mod will depend on user feedback in order to really prosper so I welcome any and all to play a part.
