I just realized that while not paying attention I accidentally replaced one of the files with a mod-related file. I'm missing a file in the \Assets\XML\Units\ folder, Civ4Unitinfos. Can anybody send this to me?

Just do a reinstall of the game. This site has a no-tolerance policy on filesending as it is in many cases associated with piracy.
