Hello, I have done some searching and have only found the Scythians for other Civ games and not CivIV. However, I am unaware if anyone is currently working on them as well. I would like to request them when anyone has the time or interest to. After reading "The Histories" by Herodotus the Scythians have captivated my interest to say the least.

This sounds interesting! maybe post a few of your ideas here to give some modders a base to start with. ie: leaders, unique units. I too would like to see a Scythian civ made

The flag should probably be a bow and arrow, a horse archer, a horse head, or an archer.

UU would be a horse archer of some kind.

The Scythians are a playable civilization in TAM: The Ancient Mediterranean.

Currently the new version is under works, and should be released pretty soon, so if you wait a few days you will be able to play the latest version of TAM. Just following the link in my signature.
