Since Civ4 uses quite a lot of CPU and most of all RAM, I have created a subsection in the Civ4 scenarios directory for smallish scenarios that can be played even on low-end machines.

So for those interested in playing them you might have a place to find them once those interested in creating them (and that seems to be quite large a market) start making them.

Indeed ! I just wanted :

1/ to let people know the category exists (albeit is empty at the moment)
2/ and to encourage modders to create some as many people still cannot play Civ4 beyond tiny or small maps.

This is not sheer advertisement but was requested by someone by PM. Just think it was worth voicing out...
