Maybe I'm missing something here,but Capac's galleon shouldn't
move through my borders. With 'show friendly moves on' I couldn't
believe my eyes.

Did you actually witness him moving through your territory, or did you just find him there? It is possible that he moved there just before your borders expanded, and has been trapped there since.

Yes,I did and IIRC Capac's galleon,after unloading,moved back again
through my closed borders.

there is the trait of ships, check their descriptions, I believe they are permitted to move thru enemy water tiles with no open borders...

It's only caravels and subs that can enter closed borders. not galleons. It has been confirmed that there is a bug where other types of ship occasionally sail into closed borders. The check at the end of the turn still teleports them out, but only to the nearest neutral tile, which may now be in an area which should be inaccessible. Very occasionally ships also manage to pass through closed borders as long as they neither start or end the turn in enemy territory. I think this is what has happened here, assuming that your borders haven't moved recently.

Ah! I also see you have the forever-trapped-barbarian-ship.

Man! For me, every map seems to generate a pocket that nothing can get into but a barbarian ship. It drives me nuts. I just know it's using up cpu resources that I don't have.
