Yeah, things are sort of slowing down while we wait for the patch...but that doesn't mean the activity in your forum has to! Without sounding corny, this is a good time to bond with your teammates. ;) Here are some possibilties:
Start a Team SG
Start a Team PBEM
Create a "Get to know you" thread where you introduce yourselves
Some teams in the Civ3 MTDG have even done forum games (Mafia games, word association, etc.) - these are fine!
Be creative, I'm sure there are tons of things to do!
Go ahead, start something to pass the time (but no, I'm not encouraging you to spam (a lot)!

Is there any interest in a MultiTeam PBEM game, like DIPLOMACY?
If anyone is interested, please post in this thread. I think this forum could be revived with an exciting game like Diplomacy (at least until the long-promised patch comes out)

That would make for a very interesting time passer, Episilonians are currently competing agaisn't each other in our own Democracy Game (great fun).
But it sure would be nice to work as a team and beat evryone else  :goodjob:

Ssshhhh! You'll scare everyone else away, Memphus! We must work together to trick them into wanting to play against us. Epsilon Team! is unstoppable.

It's a board game. You control one of seven European nations around pre-WWI times.
Here's Wikipedia's explaination. Click (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diplomacy_(game))

The Diplomacy Archive (http://www.diplomacy-archive.com) is a pretty good place to start finding out about the game.
Everything comes down to communicating with the other players. No nation can survive without help from another, so it's all about convincing others to do what you want them to. Pretty devious, and pretty addictive.
