I need the following for a Mod I'm working on (I don't have the ability to anything graphical or modeling, but I can edit things, so I'm completely dependant upon others for the material I can work with). And it's a long list of buttons I need :(

Of course, if someone could write me pm or post a could tutoial that any idiot like myself could follow (specifically saying what programs I need etc) i could do it myself and save everyone the trouble and then post my work for anyone to use. :)

Start by downloading The Gimp. (www.gimp.org) It's an open-source (free) image editor like Photoshop. There are tutorials on their site or on GIMP Talk. (www.gimptalk.com) Do a Google search for the DDS plugin which will let you edit and save DDS files.

I found it this weekend but haven't had a chance to play with it. I'll be able to tonight (can't fricken wait until tommorrow when I get internet service at the house). After that, do I just pick an image and make it a certain size saved as a .dds?

Normally 64x64. That's what I have been using for my buttons.

I found it off of a Jethro Tull fansite and loved it. I have no idea what it really is other than like Duke said, a Pied Piper or Ian Anderson depiction.

Oh these are awesome Duke. I especially love the pawprint and the banners, and I love how you did the pole of the banner by just highlighting it, like its pushing from behind - not only does it show that it's there but also adds more dimension to the banner itself. :goodjob:
