I've been working on a goody hut mod, and would like some feed back.
All but stonehenege is my work, stonehenege is from aaglo.
I know it works, just wanted to see what tips or other feed back you all might have.122701

Personally I think that it's important to use the isometric view.
(If you don't know what that is, think of it as seeing stuff from above a bit, like all the units are...)
But that's only my opinion, of course. :)

isometric means, that the object is wieved from approximately 30 degrees above the ground (in ratio to the object you are looking at). This isometric wiev is used in all civ3-graphics (cities, units, goodyhuts, ect).

Also, all the graphics should be in orthographic projection (objects appear the to be the same size no matter how far or near the wiever that object is).

Is there a guide on how, for both isometric and orthographic? :hammer2: I'm not the brightest crayon in the box.
In the mean time I'll be doing shearhies for them, but a for dumbies guide would be like umm cool.

You can't really alter the view of an image. You just have to find images that are close to the angle you need. Projection is easy- just make everything in a given file the same scale.
