I'm thinking about making a scenario, that takes place from 1872 to the end of WW2 1945. Anyone interested?
I will use Rhye's Earth Map 180x180.

Possible civs

Europe
1.Spain
2.Portugal
3.France
4.England
5.Belgium
6.Netherlands
7.Germany
8.Italy
9.Switzerland
10lAustria-Hungary
11.Ottoman Empire
12.Grecce
13.Serbia
14.Bulgaria
15.Romania
16.Russia
17.Denmark

I don't know how to do with Sweden and Norway.

Sweden and Norway as two civs or locked in a alliance or maybe just one united civ.

Write more another day when I'm not so tired

there is already the scenario Age of Imperialism AOI. i don't want to discourage you, but perhaps you can improve it or at least it gives you insights.

You said "The world 1872" but posted only civs from Europe. Do you want to make it for the whole world or just for Europe?

Actually Mirc has a good point there in asking what scale this scenario will have. Of course I saw that all those countries were listed under the europe header.

Maybe also the others might have point regarding the timeline.
What about a more limited timescale, maybe from 1872 till 1900(or 1850-1914)? Focusing on the pre-WWI struggles in Europe or something?
Just an idea.

You really would need to add the USA...

Japan (including Ryukyus since we invaded in 1600s, and maybe Hokkaido, it wasnt offically part of Japan. But Japanese were there)
China
Tibet
Joeson
Mongolia
Siam
for Asia, the rest were colonies

I think it sound interesting :). I think you would have England more "the British Empire", you would have them controling what they did. This was like there golden age so... It would incude parts of Canada an Australia, The British Isles, India etc. Though Canada had just become a dominion of it's own in '67, it still was a part of the Empire.

You're using an actual map of the Earth? I think Europe is going to be far too crowded.
