Some discussions going on around here regarding starting with the game despite the lack of a patch. Sirian has chimed in as well (see it in the ISDG sign-up thread). Well, does Team Piffle want to start this game now or wait for the patch?

Has there been any mention of when the next patch will be released?

If not, I'd say start now.

If it's supposed to be released within, say, the next month, I'd wait.

I was going to say take a flame thrower to it and get that candle lit, but Sirian has posted in the discussion thread that him doing the map is contingent on it using the next patch, so I voted wait.

Same as Furiey... I would rather wait for a known good map than have people involved now with a mediocre map
