the question is simple, what gives how much points and what are the bonuses for the victory conditions?

You get points for land area, population, Wonders, and techs (points for the latter being weighted so that Future Techs get more than ancient ones, for example). These points are massively affected by the number of turns it took you to achieve victory as compared with the number of turns from start to 2050AD (this last varies with game speed), so early wins score far more than later ones. There is then an overall factor for the difficulty level, ranging from 0.5 for Settler through 1.0 for noble to 2.0 for deity. The type of victory does not enter into the calculations, which in my opinion is a serious error, but that's how it is.

ok now, is it pop and land compared to overall or a fixed set of points for each square/citizen?

It is compared to overall. A citizen on a small map is worth more than a citizen on a large map.
