I voted for Auda City, but for laughs will suggest Ivoracious. :p

I voted Spite since Coinich picked that name a long time ago and specifically wanted it for irritating another civ.

I think this situation fits. I think that the 2nd city (if we're doing 2 cities) should be Auda City
