When I run any of the tutorials, the visual screen will freeze- but the audio runs just fine. The problem is that the narrator is talking about a screen that is not being shown, because an earlier screen has frozen. I have the same problem with the introduction screen. Could anyone please help me? Thanks

I have the same issue, but I just assumed it was because of my less than ideal graphics card. In my case, I just ignored the tutorial and went straight into the game to figure it out. I also can't really watch the movies, which is disappointing, but not game breaking.

What are your specs? If you post your computer's specifics, I am sure that someone on here will be able to tell you if it is a system issue or something else...
