i try in-game editor but i even couldn't set map size. i would like to 40x64. not 64x40 :(

I made MapView (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=141622) mayb it suits your needs.

It´s not possible to create Maps tho, you need a correctly sized Map to use the program.

Browse this Forum a bit to find others...there are some editors arround.
