I would like to ammend the code of laws to

Just some comments -

a - I don't know if we'll ever get anything close to 25 members.
b - That's dead on but it my be a bit disruptive in the early game if we're rattling through the turns. Alternatively it might crawl along in which case it'll work fine.




My 2p,

4 turns?! 20 turns sounds good.

1. We will almost certainly never have 25 members
2. four turns seems a bit short
