Interesting: Aloha and King Kong(?) are three points ahead of the other two, so maybe they got a cheaper tech as well from a hut, maybe a tech from the first row?

Those three points come from the fact that there are two cities already at size 2. (when we end our turn you see that the city grows to size 2 and our score goes to 53 (a larger lead :goodjob: )

It can therefore be concluded that Aloha and King kong also had a tile which granted 3 food surplus a turn. However Because we are the leader in the GDP (10 vs 9) it can be further assumed they did not have a flood plain but rather some other tile with 3 food (i.e. grassland rice, grassland cow(extra hammers))

In any event it can also be concluded that the other two teams are growing slower at 2 food a turn.

Notice that once you hit enter you can see how we stack up agains't the other civ's properly (i.e. their stats grow before the save gets passed to us)

Anyways notables:

We are the first to size 3 :evil:

Our :science: will be #1 once we go back to the flood plain next turn.
(not to mention the roughly ~ :science: from the huts) :eek:

We now have a second unit to explore and our worker will be out in 10 turns

When you look at the % of population we have over a 1/4 at 27.27%
Which means that the total population of all cities is: 11 (can also be figured out by adding up all the cities on the city pic)

Overall we are in good shape at this point.

Now our next biggest goal will be expansion once the worker is out.

One more interesting point, two religions have been founded :eek: which I was unaware of, so that is interesting to note :sad:

Very neat to see everything working out well.

Remember that religions arn't as valuable in multiplayer as they are in single player.

Hi,

in one of Memphus' screenshots (thanks, btw!), it looks like we are working two flood plains and a forest tile while building the worker. Instead of working the forest tile (1f2h0c), we should work the third floodplain instead (3f0h1c). The amount of food/hammers that are used to build the worker is the same (3), but we gain one commerce.

But it looks like the screenshot was taken from the beginning of the turn when the worker hadn't been started yet, and maybe it is already like I described above. In that case, just ignore me. ;)

However if you look at the long time forecast of building the worker we are sacraficing 1 commerce for getting the worker out one turn sooner.
(because the overflow of one hammer) On a side note if there was a food overflow, it does not get applied to building of a worker or setller

So don't worry next turn it will be back to 3 flood plains :goodjob:
