What territory has the greatest variety of merc's available for hire?

Now, which territory do you think has the greatest number of merc's for hire?

Definitly the Helenic areas - they have Spartan Hoplites which tear through anything at all and also there are some awesome cavalry archers who's hit 'n' run will decimate everything.
