how do I load he expansion Civilizations onto my Civilization IV disk if it is full?

PLEASE...need help!

if your disk is full, you can't do this. You would need to make room on the disk by deleting other files.

You don't put the files onto the CD. You put them onto your hard drive where the game is installed.
