Anyone know what this exactly means? Does it mean that a Leader will declare war on you if you're already engaged? If so is the high number the more likely number? I mean Ghandi is 100! 100 of what?
Also, WarmongerRespect? Only 0, 1, and 2 are used? Anyone gone higher? Anyone know exactly what these are referenced against?
Thanks

I think the first is the chance your neighbor will declare war on you if your dog dookey's in his yard.

Does that increase or decrease the respect number?
So Ghandi doesn't like dookie? Odd.

I'd guess iDogpileWarRand relates to the chance that that civ will join in in a war against another Civ if that civ is already at war. I doubt it has anything to do with dookeying.
The other one reduces the likelyhood of that Civ declaring war on a Civ which is known for warmongering.
I haven't checked this out, but I could probably track them back through the SDK.

So 100 means that if Ghandi's other prereqs are met to declare war (like 100% military, ect) he will always declare war if someone he dislikes is engaged?
And being a Warmonger 0 will make him more or less likely to declare on a 2?
Very confusing.

NeverMind did a really useful spreadsheet for all the tags in CIV4LeaderheadInfos.xml ( http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=155964).
In the attached file, I've added Isak's descriptions of the tags (http://modiki.apolyton.net/index.php?title=LeaderheadInfos) as comments. Hover your cursor over the tag (e.g.,< iDogpileWarRand >) to see the comment.

In fact, Dogpile is an AI 'WarBehaviour', and the DogpileWarRand probably refers to the chance that this AI will engage in what is described as a Dogpile type war. Now, don't quote me, but I think that Dogpile war is an all-out war, where the AI goes all out against you. This differs from a 'limited war', where the AI will simply harrass your cities and units, and pillage all your improvements. I think limited war can turn into dogpile, depending on player reaction, and there is a 3rd type of war that an AI can engage in.
Hope that all makes sense.

Thanks A_L. I'm going to seriously fudge the numbers around and see if I see any trends in the SMAC mod.
