I'm not sure if it is right to as for someone to make an imaginary Civ for me...but would someone like to? It would be:

Nevia (The Nevians/The Nevian Empire)
Techs: Mysticism and The Wheel
Leader: Gold Eagle (Financial and Industrious), Gandhi as leaderhead
Unique Unit: Fast Worker (Former Indian UU)
Flag: White, or my avatar if possible

Any help would be appreciated :)
