Fishing lets us work water tiles immediately, for 2f 2g.
Pottery lets us build cottages and get 1g.
Animal Husbandry lets us pasteurize the pigs, increasing food and hammers.
Hunting lets us build scouts, otherwise pretty lame in this situation
Meditation lets us build monastaries
Priesthood lets us build temples and the oracle
Mining lets us build mines and is prereq for bronze working
Masonry is a prereq for polythism, and we have no workable rocks right now.
I recommend fishing, then pottery. Our worker can irrigate the rice and build roads until pottery comes in, then build cottages. After pottery, we'll have some military catching up to do, so probably hunting and archery. Animal husbandry is another possible choice, if we have horses then horse archers become a possibility instead of archers.

Ok, I clicked AH before I thought about something. Does that let us improve the pigs? If so, then I say go for that in case we get horses. If this is a dumb idea then please ignore and listen to Dave.

I think we should research fishing first to work the sea resource, then go for animal husbandry, as the pigs can produce a heavy surplus of food with a pasture.
