An exploit involving gifting transports and moving them into enemy cities has been discovered .... Here (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=172602) is link which will link to discussion.
A team may not gift units loaded in a naval vessel to another team, nor may they gift a loaded naval vessel.
