I have problems in the unit color palette, can someone give help?

How i know where i add the colors, and the colors that i will use and finally in what block i add the unit color.
Please! I need help, because im doing my Count Dooku unit and i want it with a good palette

Download utahjazz7's unit-making tutorial and skip ahead to the section on palettes. It's the same regardless of what program you used to make the animations.

I´ve never edited the palettes. I only save, copy/apply palettes to extracted pcx´s. I don´t edit them, although I supposedly can with Corel and/or GIMP

Get PEdit (Kinboat posted it), and use that to make a good palette.

Or, if you´re using POV-Ray, you just define the colors in the same .pov file (or in an included one)
