I'm at work and I was wondering where the link was to the current (1.61) python API.

Every time I want it I have to go to my sig, and find a link to it from there. Maybe I'll just add a link in my sig to it. That would save time... EDIT: Sig bodge completed. Managed to keep it down to 7 lines :mischief: Lord Olleus Jun 01, 2006, 02:21 PM This link should really be stickied somewhere. Everytime I loose it I have to spend an hour finding it again. Sto Jun 01, 2006, 02:36 PM I never loose it with firefox ! RogerBacon Jun 01, 2006, 03:18 PM [QUOTE=The Great Apple]The computers here format the favourites every day for some reason [QUOTE] Your IT guys at work do that? Man, they're real A$$holes then. Our guys are bad too. They force us to use Internet Explorer and block firefox and others from working. I've found a way around that though. I have a browser that runs on top of Internet Explorer and they don't seem to know about that one. Roger Bacon Lord Olleus Jun 01, 2006, 04:30 PM care to tell us more RogerBacon? Well, I use iRider www.irider.com. It uses Internet Explorer underneath but it adds a lot more functionality on top of that. You could probably also get around the IT people by changing the process name of whatever browser you want to use in memory. There are lots of programs out there that can do that for you. This will get by the IT people if they look for the process name "iexplore.exe" and block it like that. Of course, sometimes the easiest way to get past the IT people is to find the nicest one there and offer him a six-pack of his favorite brew to turn off the blocking for your computer... but you didn't hear that from me. ;) Roger Bacon The Great Apple Jun 02, 2006, 04:16 AM The troulbe is here that it isn't my computer - I can only access the internet in the college computer room. Denniz Jun 02, 2006, 05:53 PM You do know that there is a link to download the API Doc. I find it everytime I need it that way. ;) Lord Olleus Jun 03, 2006, 01:04 PM http://civilization4.net/files/modding/PythonAPI_v160/PythonAPI_060326.zip |
