Just wondering if there was some way in the game (or out of it) to play a given civ, with a leader normally from another civ. Say, for example, that I wanted to an aggressive/ financial leader, but I didn't want to play Inca. Since the only leader that I know of with those traits is Huanya Capac, it looks like I'm stuck with the Incas. Is there a way to play another Civ with Him as leader? Or, even better, a way to change the traits of a leader: so the Civ and leader I want to play can have the traits I want.

Yes. CIV4LeaderheadInfos.xml I believe (Assets/XML/Civlizations).

Make a copy of that, make the alterations to the traits (scroll down to the leader you want, find his trait entries, and change them to whatever you want them to be), and put the copy in either a mod folder, or your custom assets directory.
