cannot get past 81% in the installation. there is a "cyclical error" when trying to install the audio file ancorfull.mp3. it shuts down the installation and i can't finish installing. i've tried updating directx, uninstalling the not-quite-installed version of civ 3 and reinstalling it, but it always stops at the same spot. has anyone else had this problem and solved it?

Try cleaning the disc.
