Here is scenario, loosely based on the German Wars [AD49-AD26, according
to the book:confused:] as described by Tacitus. The map largely
features germany and the roman provinces around it, again
based on the map in the book "annals of imperial rome".

Hello! This is a great idea for a scenario. i havent played civ much lately but i will download this for my next game. Are the cities owned by Rome named correctly?
Has anyone downloaded this game? does it work?
Am i the only one who likes Germanicus?
Anyway, is it mostly a war campaign? Did you put in the 'eagles' lost by Varus? If so, it would add to replayability to the game if you had them at a random spot each game.

thanks for a polite reply. in response:
i.a few outlying roman settlements are innacurately named.
you wouldnt believe how hard it is to get detailed maps of
roman frontiers.
ii.their size of the download and number of views should
be written next to the link. the no. of views indicates no. of downloads.
iii.yep.
iv. I like germanicus! Tiberius is a B*st*rd.
v. of course its a war campaign!;)
vi.this is set briefly after varus`s eagles were defeated.
vii.no, i`m afraid im not good at things like that [random spots].
